What is Zumba Gold Chair?
This program is designed for:

• Individuals with balance concerns or limited mobility

• Those in recovery or seeking a gentle, seated movement option

• Anyone who loves great music and uplifting energy!  

 

Lesley has led chair sessions throughout the Burlington community and works with organizations like Partnering Aldershot on a contract basis.
