Hi, I’m Lesley!  Welcome to my page!  My journey into dance fitness and Zumba begin over 15 years ago.  When the pandemic hit, dancing became a daily ritual, lifting my spirits and keeping me energized. The physical benefits were great, but the happiness that dancing every day brought into my life was even more transformative.

After my father passed away, dance fitness helped me realize the huge and profound healing power of movement and music. It became clear to me that I needed to share this experience with others, especially within the senior community - a group I’m deeply passionate about supporting.​

My deep-rooted passion for music is the heart of my classes, blending Latin rhythms with familiar favourites. I bring a fun and inclusive teaching style where everyone can enjoy the immense emotional and physical benefits of Zumba Gold regardless of age, ability or where they're starting from.

*Lesley is a licensed to teach Zumba B1, Zumba Gold and Zumba Chair. She continuously enhances her Zumba education obtaining certifications including Zumba Pro Skills and Zumba Cue Like Pro.  Additionally, Lesley holds a certificate in Standard First Aid CPR-C & AED (Intermediate First Aid)*
